Refund & Return Policy
At Xshopz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Confirmation
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified via phone call before dispatch. If the order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled automatically.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product is damaged during delivery

The product received is incorrect

The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID
-
Clear unboxing video
-
Photos of the product
Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Customer does not like the product

Size/colour selection mistake by customer

Minor color differences due to lighting

Order refused at delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order, future orders may be restricted.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method

COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
