  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone verification before dispatch.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products across India.

  • Any special shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (if available).

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Natural disasters or courier-related issues

However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.

6. Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If a confirmed Cash on Delivery order is refused or not accepted at delivery:

  • The order may be marked as undelivered.

  • Repeated refusal of orders may lead to future order restrictions.
